when booking with brooklyn & sophie's
each customer will be given a unique customer serial number
for security reasons only.keep this serial number safe.
(this will be your own personal customer number only the booking party would know these details).
to be quoted on any enquiries - personal enquiries
1.a deposit of 200:00 would be required.
deposit must be received within working 3 days of booking with us otherwise booking date would be made available to other wedding parties/agents.(this is company policy)
2.further half payment or remainder of bill would be required 6 weeks before wedding date.
3.remainder of bill would be payable 2 weeks before wedding date.
4.all deposits are non-refundable. !(this is company policy)!
5.if wedding date was cancelled 2 weeks before wedding date. booking customer would still be held liable for half or full wedding package price.
6.refunds or wedding date changes are only given under certain circumstances. i:e.family death.accidents.bride expecting baby.etc.etc.
company discretion would decide if refund is justifiable.
7.all copyrights belong to brooklyn & sophie's wedding services.
copyright of all productions can be bought if customer requires.

8. if wedding date deposit was paid by cheque
and cheque bounced customer would be held liable to any charges that this would incur to brooklyn & sophies wedding productions.
9.brooklyn & sophies wedding productions have the right to cancel any wedding bookings at any time.full refund would be made available to booking wedding party only in certain circumstances.
10.all customers/booking parties will be shown all terms & conditions before booking with brooklyn & sophies wedding productions
